Alice advises public entities and private operators in all areas of public law, primarily in litigation but also in advisory matters.
She has in-depth knowledge of how public administration operates, which enables her to assist a wide range of public bodies (local authorities, national public institutions, hospitals, the State) with diverse legal issues, including urban planning law, environmental law, civil service law, public contracts, public property law, and general public law.
Alice also advises and represents private operators in their dealings or disputes with public authorities, particularly in matters relating to public procurement, urban planning, and regulated sectors. She has taught administrative law at the University of Paris Saclay and continues to lecture there regularly. Alice first joined Artemont as a trainee lawyer, then worked as an associate alongside Gérard Falala for six years before becoming a partner in 2025.
