He represents major brands in protecting their creations and managing their trademark, designs and models, and domain names. He also has vast experience in litigation for infringement and unfair competition.
For many years, Philippe has advised « fashion houses and fashion designers concerning the management of their IP rights and for trademark law litigation proceedings » (Legal 500, 2015/2016 ed.).
Through his extensive knowledge of the luxury sector, Philippe has also developed a significant expertise in commercial leases, particularly in the luxury goods distribution area.
Moreover, Philippe deals with corporate law issues and has an expert knowledge in the field of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, group restructuring and corporate finance operations. He is particularly experienced in advising on fundraising.
Philippe assists startups and major companies operating in various sectors including the luxury sector but also technology, media, transport and energy and represents investment funds.
Philippe started his career at Bredin Prat law firm and then joined Lefèvre Pelletier before starting his own law firm. He was partner of a Paris law firm before setting up Artemont.
