Arnaud deals with complex litigation matters concerning corporate law (post-acquisition, shareholder’s disputes), financial law, commercial law and civil liability.
He also has an extensive knowledge of white-collar criminal law in the context of disputes relating to managers’ liability (misappropriation of company assets, breach of trust) and companies’ liability (market abuse, bribery, favoritism).
He represents French and foreign companies in various sectors, notably, investment funds, banks and financial institutions, industrial companies, companies operating in the media industry, transport, energy, as well as telecommunications and new technology.
Arnaud began his career at Bredin Prat law firm before setting up his own law firm located in Paris and Marseilles. He was then partner at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés where he led the litigation and arbitration group. Following this, Arnaud was partner of a Parisian law firm before creating Artemont.
