Vincent advises buyers and private companies in the field of public law, notably, public procurement (awarding and execution of public contracts). He also deals with litigation matters relating to these subjects.
Vincent has a solid background notably in the sectors of public works and construction, information technology, health, transport and local public services.
In addition to this, he assists clients for litigation matters in relation to public procurement and the execution of public contracts.
Vincent has developed expertise in the amicable and judicial settlement of disputes related to the settlement of works contracts for the construction of building or transportation infrastructures, fields in which he represents companies and entrepreneurs.
Vincent also addresses issues relating to the intervention of public entities in the economic sphere (granting of public aid, supporting competitive activities, creation of public companies, regulation).
He is also a lecturer in public procurement and public contracts at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris (EFB).
